GD-47 SCE 12-String Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar Natural |
The ESV-10 is the finely crafted
result of a collaboration among respected U.S. luthier Tim Shaw and the
luthiers of Fender s Ensenada, Mexico, facility. The V stands for
vintage, as the ESV-10 evokes the spirit of a parlor guitar with its slot
peghead and shorter body scale but with volume and tone you d expect from
a much larger instrument. It sounds great; it s fun to play and it
has a style all its own. Features include:
- a solid spruce top
- solid Mexican rosewood (palo escrito)
back and sides
- Grover vintage-style tuning keys
- wood binding
- ebony fingerboard
- ebony bridge and bridge pins
- a hard case

Victory Bailey has played with
about everyone who's anyone, and recorded music in a broad range of
styles. Sometimes that music requires the use of an acoustic-electric
instrument, hence the Victor Bailey Signature Acoustic-Electric. It is a
beautiful instrument with back and sides of gorgeous laminated dao, and a
spruce top with a dao veneer. The thinline body style with an arched back
makes it comfortable for bassists used to playing an electric. Abalone
rosette and position markers, white and tortoise double body binding,
tortoise neck binding, and gold tuners enhance its showtime appearance.
22-fret mahogany neck. The Fender-Fishman Classic 4 preamp features 3-band
EQ plus mid sweep and delivers natural amplified tone. Pickups include a
Fishman Sonicore under-saddle pickup and a blendable, body-mounted ACLR
sensor. |
A good 12-string dreadnought
provides an invaluable addition to a guitarist s palette, and the
lush-sounding GD-47 12 SCE fits the bill perfectly. Features include a
solid AA spruce top, solid rosewood back, comfortable cutaway and
exclusive Fender/Fishman Classic IV ACLR electronics. |
